For the past two years, all-in on AI coding: vibe coding, AI-native products and a multi-model harness — shipped solo and rolled out to teams.
David Yin (@davidyinai) — 19 years in software engineering and architecture, 13 years as head of engineering, engineering director and CTO. Led product and engineering orgs of nearly 400 people and built platform, big-data and middle-platform teams from zero. Today he leads R&D at a B2B data-security company, builds a multi-model AI coding harness, and has shipped 8 products on his own (3 iOS apps on the App Store).
Head of R&D at a B2B data-security vendor. Data vaults, encryption, classification & grading and access auditing — delivered from SDK to integrated hardware appliance.
Vibe coding, AI-native architecture and a self-built multi-model harness. 8 products shipped solo (3 iOS apps on the App Store); even topic selection and distribution run on agent workflows. The same methods are embedded in the team's requirements, coding, review and docs.

Turning business strategy into a technical roadmap and shipping it. Built middle-platform, big-data and PMO departments from zero, set up talent ladders and staffed a tech lead for every business line.
Full e-commerce transaction and marketing chains with domain-drawn service boundaries; unified payments, user center & SSO, rate limiting and monitoring as platform foundations; microservice migration, cloud adoption and containerization.
Data encryption, classification & grading, fine-grained permissions and audit. Delivering to state-owned enterprises and government clients under IT-innovation, MLPS and data-compliance requirements.
Turning AI from a personal tool into the team’s delivery mechanism; a self-built multi-model harness routes models per task; AI-native products taken from idea to launch by one person.
Owns the data-security and data-vault product lines, running research and development teams with the main product, innovation projects and operations in parallel. Re-partitioned the architecture into access, capability and data layers, built the spec from requirement to release, and wired LLMs into the on-prem data appliance for intelligent retrieval and data governance. Customers are state-owned enterprises and government bodies.
Technical partner and CTO at a digital-solutions company, owning solution design, vendor selection and project budgets. Then ran product & engineering, acquisition and user operations for an overseas consumer-finance team: established release cadence and a requirement pool, rebuilt the automated telesales flow, and pushed a Southeast-Asia market launch.
Built the platform stack from zero at a leading digital-health platform: unified payments, user center & SSO, encryption, rate limiting, performance monitoring, messaging, files, config center and distributed IDs. Drove the monolith to microservices, led the clinic-SaaS rebuild and the live-streaming middle platform, and stood up performance and API testing to keep quality risk before release.
Owned the full transaction and marketing chain: checkout, micro-storefronts, delivery, scan-to-order, coupons, marketing engine and the open platform. Drew domains by product, member, order, payment and coupon; built middle-platform, big-data and PMO departments from zero. Migrated the core framework to microservices, moved the data center to the cloud with containerization and automated ops, and led ISO certification.
Ran a social-network startup, pivoted to Android in late 2011. Wrote the backend, frontend, ops and database myself — and ran planning, HR and business development too. Later built university academic-administration systems at an ed-tech vendor, including a self-built database migration tool.
Java backend and web frontend at a financial-IT vendor, porting desktop features to the browser. BSc in Information Management & Information Systems.
